The release of the Nexus One could happen today at Google’s Press Event, we know that they are talking about Android so the smart money is on the Google Phone launch. Much has been discussed about the latest smartphone coming to the already busy market, but we have yet to see an extensive review.
Engadget as ever have got their hands on the much-anticipated Google Nexus One and will see if it lives up to all the hype. So what do we know so far, well the smartphone is to be powered by the powerful 1GHz Snapdragon processor and has a touchscreen and no physical keyboard, much like the Apple iPhone?
Google have given their own branded phone an upgrade in software, offering the latest Android 2.1 OS. Engadget warned their readers that the review unit they have is an early employee-only model, so the handset released today could have a few more changes, such as performance.
